By accessing or using FamConnect, you state that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Accounts for minors must be created and supervised by a parent/guardian.

FamConnect groups members into family spaces with roles: owner, admin, and member (plus guest). Admins/owners can invite members, manage content, and adjust family settings. You agree to respect the access rights and privacy of other family members.

• You retain rights to the content you upload (photos, videos, messages, and more).
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to run the service.
• You warrant that you hold lawful rights or permission for the content you upload, including photos of other family members.
• You can export and delete content using the available features.

• Uploading illegal, misleading, harassing, or rights-infringing content.
• Accessing other families' data without permission or breaching security boundaries.
• Using the service for spam, fraud, or technical abuse (e.g. excessive scraping).
• Reverse engineering or disrupting the integrity and availability of the service.

• FamConnect offers a free plan and paid plans (e.g. Premium/Legacy).
• Fees, periods, and features are described on the pricing page at purchase.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next period.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways; refund policies follow applicable terms and will be explained at the time of transaction.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, abuse, or legal obligation. After termination, provisions that should reasonably survive (e.g. content ownership, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet particular expectations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FamConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability, if any, is limited to a reasonable amount as required by law.

We may add, change, or discontinue features, and update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. By continuing to use the service after changes, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be pursued through deliberation (musyawarah), and if necessary through a competent court in Indonesia.
